Vintage Sewing Pattern 1940s Ladies Bra and Bandeau Multi-size

This is a digital print-at-home sewing pattern for a 1940s bra. The bra can be made in two versions; the bandeau is a shorter bra with no waist support. The brassiere is a long line shape and adds support and smooths everything under the garments. SIZING INFO: MULTI-SIZE! Bust: 32 - 34 - 36 - 38 - 40 - 42 - 44 - 46 - 48 - 50 inches. All sizes are included. Approximate Cup size: B/C. Patterns from the 1940s didn't size by cup measurements. Instead, they used the full over-bust measurement (rather than your under-bust as in most modern bras). To enlarge or shrink the cup sizes to your preference, check out this great blog article. This pattern has been adapted from a vintage pattern that is now in the public domain.
